Novalite is a Melbourne-based manufacturer of double glazed uPVC windows and doors. We design, manufacture and install every product at our Carrum Downs factory — no middlemen, no imported product, no compromise on quality or custom sizing.

Novalite was founded with a single conviction: Australian homeowners deserve access to the same high-performance uPVC windows and doors that have been the standard in European construction for decades — without paying the premium of an imported product or dealing with the limitations of standard sizing.
We manufacture everything at our factory in Carrum Downs, in Melbourne’s south-east. Raw uPVC profiles sourced to European specification are cut, welded, glazed and hardware-fitted under our roof. Every window and door leaves our factory built to your exact measurements — not adjusted to fit a standard size catalogue.
Because we manufacture directly and sell directly, we remove every step in the supply chain that adds cost without adding value. The savings go to our customers. The quality stays at the factory.

Every product is built at our Carrum Downs factory. uPVC profiles, double glazed units, hardware — all assembled by our team. We are accountable for every window and door that leaves our factory because we made it.
Custom Sizing as Standard
We do not sell standard sizes. Every order is manufactured to your exact opening dimensions. Odd sizes, non-standard reveals, heritage proportions — all accommodated within the same lead time and at the same price.
European Engineering Standards
Our uPVC profiles are manufactured to European standards. German multi-point locking hardware. Argon-filled double glazed units with Low-E glass as standard. The same specification used in Scandinavian and central European construction where energy performance is a regulatory requirement.
BAL Bushfire Rated
Novalite is one of very few uPVC manufacturers in Australia offering certified Bushfire Attack Level rated windows and doors. BAL 12.5, 19 and 29 configurations are available. Essential for properties in designated bushfire zones across Victoria, NSW and Queensland.
